Haeven gives you exclusive access to the best parties for Carnival. You can curate your one-of-a-kind experience by building your unique event package. We make Carnival hassle-free and worry-free, so you can enjoy the vibes.
Once you choose your experience, you will receive an All-Access RFID band. Your All-Access band is your passport to a one-of-a-kind Carnival experience.

If your RFID band has been lost or misplaced, please send an email to our customer help desk at customerservice@travelhaeven.com and we will cancel the band.
You can collect your band at our distribution center. Once you've purchased your Haeven package, an email will be sent to you with full collection details.
Our offices are open from February 1st to February 13th, 2024.
Transport is not included but we do recommend Kalloos for all your transport needs.
Only the initial ticket holder can use his/her band for entry. Please remember that each ticket will be scanned to ensure the face matches that of the registered customer.
Even after you have purchased your pass, you can add an event. Everyone has up until 3 days prior to each event to add-on events, provided that you already have your Lite band.
If you’re unsure what events you want to go to beforehand, we’ve created the Lite band just for you. The number one perk of the Life is that it gives you the ability to customise your package after purchase and add additional events. Haeven gives you the power to curate your own exclusive event experience to suit your needs, budget and preference.
